Gastronomy

As impatient as I was as a child I would hang around the kitchen waiting for dinner to be ready. When my mom would ask if I wanted to help, I eagerly stepped up knowing that dinner would be ready that much sooner. I didn’t know at the time that this would spurn a lifelong passion for food and ‍cooking.

My passion for food has been a major inspiration for traveling around the world. My love for good food and my experience with cooking help me fund my travels. I cook for small groups in intimate settings where we can enjoy each other’s company, share stories, and indulge in the finest cuisine from all around the world.

The following dishes are my specialties:

Pasta Aglio e Olio

One of Italy’s favorite dishes, this robust and flavorful pasta is simple yet elegant, and traditionally bursting with the fresh flavors of garlic, olive oil, and parsley.

Vietnamese Phò

An aromatic and flavorful twist on traditional Vietnamese Phò. Made with fresh chicken or vegetable Phò broth, poured hot over tender rice noodles and chicken, beef, or pork. Served with bean sprouts, fresh basil, lime, and sriracha sauce on the side (when available). Easily the best Phò you may ever have outside of Vietnam.

My Signature Pizza

American-style pizza made with fresh homemade dough and my own signature pizza sauce. Topped with shredded mozzarella cheese and a select variety of fresh local meat and vegetable toppings.

Everything Fish & Chips

Fresh, locally sourced white fish, coated in a unique breading, pan fried, and designed to overload your taste buds with an explosion of incredible flavors. Served with parmesan and oregano seasoned, homemade French Fries.

Greek-Style Gyros

Fresh, handmade Greek pita bread wrapped around seasoned chicken meat, topped with lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and homemade cucumber tzatziki sauce. Served with a side of parmesan and oregano seasoned, homemade French Fries.

Steak Bit Burger

My special recipe Steak Bit Burger dressed with my own smokey and tangy Steak Burger Sauce, served with a hearty portion of my homemade French Fries.
